I got a top from Joules and the fabric is really comfy. It feels super soft on my skin, and I wore it pretty much the whole day without it getting itchy or stiff. I feel like if something doesn’t annoy me by lunchtime, then it’s probably good quality, so I’m happy with it.

I signed up for their rewards program and was surprised how quickly the points showed up. I already got some money off my next order, which was a nice bonus since I was buying the stuff anyway. "Pretty good, especially for the price"
I’m actually happy with the clothes overall. The quality feels nice for what I paid, especially with the sale prices, though I also wouldn’t say everything feels super premium. Delivery was okay too, not exactly fast, but not slow enough to annoy me either. So yeah, kind of average shipping, but still a good buy.

"easy return and quick refund"
i had to send a jumper back because i’d picked the wrong size, and i was expecting it to be a bit of a faff.

the return label was really easy to sort out, and the parcel was scanned the next day. i also got email updates along the way, which was really helpful so i wasn’t left wondering what was happening.

the refund came through faster than i thought it would, i think in about 4 days. no chasing, no stress, just really straightforward. i’d definitely be happy to order again...

I ordered a couple of tops and a dress from Joules, and overall the clothes are nice enough. The quality seems good, and delivery was straightforward, so no real complaints there.
The only thing is the sizing felt a bit off. One of the tops was tighter than I expected around the arms, while the dress was a bit looser around the waist. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying when things don’t fit quite how you think they will.

I ordered a jacket and two tops from joules.com, and the sizing was spot on for me. I stuck with my usual size, and everything fit properly when it arrived, no awkward tight shoulders on the jacket or weird length on the tops. The measurements on the size guide were actually helpful too, which I really appreciated because online sizing can be such a gamble. Didn’t have to return or exchange a thing, so I’d definitely order from them again.
