"WARNING!!!"
WARNING!!!

Do not place an on line order with Joules unless you are certain you are going to keep it. I returned an item priced at £204 3 weeks ago. Still no refund, customer services phone line closed down (no apology or explanation), e mails not answered. I am beginning to worry that Joules is going the way of Debenhams etc and my refund will not be forthcoming.

"Fabulous pinefore"
Fabulous pinefore. Can't wait to see my grandaughter wearing it at Christmas. Great quality but very expensive.

"Great products"
I love the accessories by Joules, especially the wellies with animal prints.
I while back a remember buying cashmere gloves and a scarf online, which I still have now and love them.
They products are unique and great quality which lasts.
I often see there stuff at countryside fairs in England which suits the brand identity.
Well worth visiting a store or looking at the products online.
